RETURNS
Please Note: Because we sell custom-made, hand beaded products, we are not legally obligated to offer refunds. Because we want our customers to be 100% satisfied, we offer a 30 day return from receipt of your order.
We aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, please follow the process described below.
When needing to return merchandise for any reason you must contact us by email at bewell@bewellbracelets.com within 10 days of receipt of your order to obtain a #Return Authorization number. Additional information for returning will be included.
All returns received without an authorization number will be returned at senders' expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
All shipping charges will not be refunded. All credit card refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the return was due to our error.
When returning items, we strongly recommend boxed packaging and bubble wrap like it was received. Merchandise received damaged during shipping will not be credited. We also recommend insurance on the package as well. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Please include a copy of the original invoice with returned items circled. https://BeWellBracelets.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for multiple returns made by the same customer.
ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED
https://BeWellBracelets.com will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE or MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at BeWell@BeWellBracelets.com
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although we update our website often, it's possible that a product you order will have already been sold. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the item is truly out of stock, you may ask to be placed on our back-order request list to be notified when it is available again. In most cases, the wait is short.

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of https://BeWellBracelets.com. All prices are quoted in US dollars. https://BeWellBracelets.com reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable.

https://BeWellBracelets.com offers a variety of ways to pay for your purchases, depending on your preference and how you place your order. You will have the option to select your prefer method of payment.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.
We Offer Complimentary Shipping for US Domestic Orders Only!
Within 24hrs from the time we receive your order, your Bracelet will be customized with your wrist size, it will be packaged and shipped within 24hrs of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays. If you do not receive an order shipment notification and it has been more than 48 hours, please contact our customer service by email at bewell@bewellbracelets.com for assistance.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within two business days, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Please make certain when entering your order Bill To and Ship To information, you include the current BILL TO ADDRESS in order to VERIFY, AUTHORIZE, and PROCESS your order. Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS-TRANSIT TIMES
Please contact us if you have not received your international order after 10 days from the date it was shipped. Please note that delivery times for international orders depend in part on how long the package takes to pass through customs. These transit times do not include any possible customs delays or acts of nature.
CUSTOMS AND OTHER FEES
We are required to include a declaration of each package’s purchase value on the outside shipping label of international orders. Before placing your order with us, please refer to your country’s laws, codes, and processes regarding the importation of foreign goods for personal use, and whether taxes, duties, or other fees apply. If taxes, duties, or other fees on foreign goods received in your country apply, payment of those fees is the customer’s sole responsibility. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by other countries. Duty and taxes are different for every country and it is up to the buyer to contact your country's custom department to find out the fees that potentially could be assessed.
PLEASE NOTE! The billing address must match the customers credit card billing address and you must have a valid email address or the order will be cancelled.
